Dan Marino passed for 5,084 in 1984. New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees became the only player in NFL history to pas for over 5,000 yards in two different seasons and last night (Dec 26th) passed the Miami quarterback legend for passing yards in a season in a 45-16 rout of the division rival Atlanta Falcons. A great moment for a great guy.
