Shout out to CNN anchor Don Lemon for having the courage to disclose that he is gay on national television. Lemon said he knew he was gay since being "knee high to a duck". Lemon disclosed his sexuality and that he was abused as a youngster in his upcoming book "Transparent".
It is a shame that people feel they have to hide their sexual preference to advance in the media, music, and sports world.
Lemon is being a good sport about his revelation, tweeting like a man who has the world lifted off his shoulders. The joy of freedom.
